SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:
After you have spoken to a team member and you are ready to get started with the application process, please follow the 5 simple steps below in submitting your application.
- Download the APPLICATION HERE.
- Type in the required information into PDF or Print and complete by hand. *Be sure all applicants have signed and dated the application.
- Once the application is completed, gather all of the income documents requested at the bottom of the application and included with the application submission.

- We will contact you to pay the application.
- The application fee is $45 per adult that will be living in the home. All adult children living in the home must complete the application and also pay the $45 application fee.
Once the application fee is paid and the application is submitted our team can get to work for you immediately. After submission, expect a call from a member of the TCR2O team within 24 hours of submission.
